If you want a bookkeeper who tells you what you want to hear, we're not it. If you want someone who'll flag a problem instead of burying it, push back when your business isn't growing the way it should, and actually explain what your numbers mean instead of just handing them over, that's who we are.
Read these before you reach out. If they sound like a fit, you'll probably like working with us. If they don't, better to find out now than three months in.
Your books will stay honest, even when honest isn't convenient. We won't backdate an entry or shade a number to make things look better than they are, and if we make a mistake, you'll hear about it directly along with what we did to fix it. You should never have to wonder what's really going on with your numbers.
A report that raises more questions than it answers doesn't help you. Every report we send explains not just what the numbers are, but what they mean and why they matter for your business. Clients tell me it's the most detailed work they've ever gotten from a bookkeeper. That's not an accident.
We take on clients who want to act on what we tell them, not just clients who want numbers crunched. If we work together, expect us to push you toward better decisions, not just cleaner books. And we hold ourselves to the same standard. We'd rather keep learning than stop improving to grow bigger.
